Important Notes Regarding Booking

• Bookings for the 2023 season are being accepted and our office is open for telephone enquiries and bookings
• The site CLOSES for site maintenance from 1st September 2023, so our last night of camping (this season) is 31 August 2023
  

Tariff Notes:

General

• The size of tent must be given before a pitch can be confirmed
• Tents over 7x7metres need to book 2 pitches
• Gazebo's are permitted only if used for temporary shelter from sun or showers. The gazebo must be dismantled if you are going off site or at night. Gazebo's are NOT permitted to be used as a kitchen or an extra sleeping room.
• To secure your booking a non-returnable deposit of one night’s pitch fees is required.

Low Season Bookings

• A non-refundable deposit of one night pitch fees is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is to be paid before or on arrival

Peak Season Booking:

• A non-refundable deposit of one night pitch fees is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival date or at time of booking if arrival date is within 6 weeks

Payments - please note:

• Payment can be made by UK cheque sent in the post (prior to arrival). Cheques should be made payable to Gate House Wood Touring Park.
• Payment by card may be done by telephone or on arrival.

General:

• We advise that you consider taking out holiday insurance
• If you would like more information regarding a stay at Gate House Wood Touring Park please do not hesitate to ring the reception office on 01732 843062 (or 0044 1732 843062 if calling from outside the UK)
• It is important to us that our guests have an enjoyable and safe stay at Gate House Wood, so we ask you to carefully read our Terms & Conditions
• We reserve the right to ask guests who contravene the Terms & Conditions or, who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors, to leave the park immediately.  In these circumstances your stay at Gate House Wood Touring Park ceases and no refund will be given.
